NARI, Dec 26: Lower Siang district successfully organized the  3rd Edition of Hangpan Dada  Memorial Trophy  on Football  & Volleyball 2018-19 (Boys  & Girls) Under -18 age category at the Daying Ering Football Stadium, here. The constituency level competitions were conducted w.e.f December  12-19 in three constituencies, namely, Likabali, Basar and Nari-Koyu.
The competition was formally kicked-off by Taru Gusar, Superintendent of Police, Lower Siang district, on December 22 amidst sports lovers and concluded on the 24th.
The final day of the event was concluded with a football final match of boy’s category played between  Basar and Nari-Koyu constituencis which was won by the former in a dramatic match.
Kento Rina, MLA  Nari-Koyu, attended the closing day as chief guest along with a host of other dignitaries. He along with  Bani Lego, Addl. Deputy Commissioner, Nari gave away the prizes to the winners of the events with cash, trophies, medals and certificates.
