Yingkiong, Sep 27: Hage Lailang, APCS (AG) took charge as the new Deputy Commissioner of Upper Siang District.  Prior to this he was serving as Director, Border Affairs at  Itanagar. Minister Health & Family Welfare -cum Local MLA  Alo Libang, alongwith public leaders and staffers accorded a warm welcome to the new Deputy Commissioner.
