ITANAGAR, May 18: Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs etc, Mama Natung inaugurated ‘Nirbheek' - a gym for Police Personnel today  at SP office, Seppa in presence of SP East Kameng Rahul Gupta. It is a one of its kind gym in a district police set up in Arunachal Pradesh.
The foundation stone of the gym was laid in November 2021 by chief minister Pema Khandu. The construction got completed in less than six months. 
The gym is equipped with high quality equipments and good interiors. Objective is to make Police personnel fitter and keep them away from harmful habits. 
It is in consonance with Fit India Movement envisioned by the prime minister.
