ITANAGAR, May 30: Gyati Napa Taro has topped the Arunachal Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination 2017 in the Degree (PCB) category in the results which were announced on Tuesday. The examination which was held earlier in the day was taken by 2869 candidates.
