ITANAGAR, Jul 16: Taking his 2nd Covid vaccine dose today, Governor Brig. (Dr.) B. D. Mishra (Retd.) reiterated his appeal to the people of the state to get vaccinated at the earliest. It is essential to take both the doses for a complete protection against Covid, the Governor said, informing that he hadn’t encountered any side effects despite his octogenarian-plus age. However, he also reminded the citizens that it is essential to continue with all precautions even after getting vaccinated. While appreciating the efforts of the state government for establishing Covid treatment infrastructure and other medical facilities, the Governor conveyed his gratitude to the doctors, nurses and health workers for taking the vaccination drive to the remotest corners of the state against all odds.
