Itanagar, Sep 12: Arunachal Pradesh Governor, Lt. General KT Parnaik (Retd.), attended the solemn and historic oath-taking ceremony of the 15th Vice President of India, CP Radhakrishnan, at the Ganatantra Mandap of Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, on Friday.
The President of India, Droupadi Murmu administered the oath of office to Radhakrishnan in the presence of distinguished leaders, dignitaries, and guests from across the nation.
The Governor, on behalf of the people of Arunachal Pradesh, congratulated the newly sworn-in Vice President and conveyed warm wishes for a successful tenure. He expressed confidence that with his vast experience, statesmanship, and commitment to public service, Radhakrishnan will further strengthen the democratic fabric of the nation and uphold the dignity and prestige of the high office he now occupies.
