Tawang, Jun 22:   Girl students of various government schools   of Tawang who passed out from class XII during the 2017-18 session have been presented with smartphones in a function   attended by MLA Tawang Tsering Tashi, DC Sang Phuntsok, DDSE Hridhar Phuntso and SDMC members of GHSS   Tawang.
During interaction with students DDSE advised them  to have positive outlook and strive to be good citizens of the country. 
DC Tawang said that if girls are given   education, the path of a family’s education gets smoother as the mother is the first teacher of a child.
MLA Tsering Tashi appreciated the hard work of teachers and students and appealed them to do better. He further addressed the problems of the school  which were placed before him prior to elections and said that he is always ready to offer his service for the development of the people.  DIPRO
