Itanagar, Apr 17: General Observer for Papumpare, Amit Dhaka urged all the sectors Magistrates, Sector Police Officers and Presiding officers to work in coordination with each other for the successful conduct of the election while mentioning that the election preparations till now are proceeding smoothly. 
The General Observer highlighted the important roll of presiding officers during Poll day beginning from mock poll till the completion of the voting process.
The Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar Shweta Nagarkoti Mehta discussed movement plan of the polling team and also held a detailed discussion with the polling team to clear any kind of query or doubt.
SP Capital Rohit Rajbir Singh also highlighted the important role of all the officials associated with election and emphasised on their coordination. 
The meeting was held on Wednesday at the Auditorium of the Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly to discuss the movement plan of the Polling teams and to take a final review of the arrangement for the conduct of election under 13- Itanagar Assembly segment. Among others, SP Naharlagun Mihin Gambo, Angad Mehta ASP and SDO cum ARO Datum Gadi attended the meeting.
