PASIGHAT, Jul 19: In a humanitarian gesture, a group of friends called 'Friends of Eighties' (FoE) today donated medical equipment to the Bakin Pertin Government Hospital, Pasighat. A mobile stretcher, wheel chairs, patient examination tables, digital BP machines, weighing machine and stethoscope were donated by the team.
The function was attended by local MLA Kaling Moyong as FoE member, Joint Director BPGH Dr. T. Tali, Medical Superintendent Dr. YR Darang, Doctors, Nursing Staff of BPGH and FoE members.
President of FoE, Group Captain Mohonto Panging Pao VM (Rtd), Jt Director BPGH, Secretary FoE Botem Koyu spoke on the occasion and expressed hope that the medical equipment will help the needy patients.
