ZIRO, Aug 22:All Lower Subansiri Trans-Arunachal Highway Land Affected People's Forum temporarily suspended its proposed bandh call onAugust 24 next following assurance by the district administration.

The development came soon after a delegation met the Deputy Commissioner, and discussed regarding land acquisition process of Trans-Arunachal Highway in the district today. In the meeting, the DC told that the process to release early compensation to the affected people is undergoing and line departments are busy on this particular subject. He assured that as an when work compilation is over then disbursement will be made as early as possible.
