The Pasighat Smart City Development Corporation Limited (PSCDCL) has appointed Project Management Consultant (PMC) for Pasighat Smart City post competitive bidding. The consortium of International Consulting companies TRACTEBEL Engineering from Belgium and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Pvt. Ltd. from USA have been selected by PMC. The contract has been signed on 27th July 2018, following which the PMC has carried out the site visit and organized kick-off meeting with PSCDCL officials.  

PSCDCL Chairman T. Tatak and CEO Amoy Morang in consultation with  Kaling Moyong, MLA, Pasighat has instructed the consultants to focus on social improvement projects as priority, such as improvement of school infrastructure, streetlights, Gandhi Market area improvement, road & drainage infrastructure, children park area development, public bike sharing and intelligent traffic management. In continuation to the citizen engagement which was carried out during the Smart City challenge, the PSCDCL will continue to organize citizen consultation workshops to take inputs and brief citizens about the various initiatives, which will improve the livability of the city.
