ITANAGAR, Jun 29:   Minister for  Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Honchun Ngandam flagged off the first batch of 35 trainees for undergoing Skill Development Training in Aviation Sector from the State Civil Secretariat  in presence of Secretary (SD&E) Onit Panyang, Director (SD&E)  Subu Tabin, CEO- NeIFT, Vikram Rai Medhi and others.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister  advised  the trainees to take maximum benefit of the government sponsored job link programme and get placement in National & International Airlines as airhostess and cabin crew. “You have to be sincere, dedicated and hardworking and in the absence of parents, guardians and seniors you have to take care of own security and responsibility,” he added.

Earlier, an orientation programme was also conducted in which Director, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Subu Tabin  along with J Riba, Assistant Director and Vikram Rai Medhi, CEO NeIFT briefed the youth about the training programme, journey to metropolitan city, essential to acclimatize in new place, food habit, security and precaution, dedication, discipline etc.

 The cost of the training including travelling to and fro, training fees, boarding & lodging etc. are being borne by the State Government under Chie Minister Yuva Kausal Yojana for high end training, stated a press release.
