ITANAGAR, Jul 26:A minor fire broke out today at the office chamber of (IOCL) petrol depot located at Naharlagun here this afternoon.According to sources, the fire reportedly started due to a short circuit in the electrical wiring.

However the flames were doused quickly by joint effort of locals and employees present on the spot, thereby thwarting a major fire incident.

Two fire tenders were also rushed to the spot to contain the fire. No casualty was reported and no major damage was caused to the property.
