Aalo, Feb 27: A two days farmers training began here at Gumin Kinn, Aalo today conducted by the Department of Animal Husbandry Veterinary and Diary Development.
The training is being conducted under the guidance of Dr. Dagge Riba DAHV & DDO Aalo. Dr. Taken Kamchi DIO Central Zone.
Attending the programme , West Siang Deputy Commissioner Penga Tato urged the farmers to avail government sponsored schemes. He also appealed to the young educated unemployed youths to enroll with the National Career portal for job in labour office Aalo.
He also requested the ZPMs of West Siang to guide the farmers for their sustainable development.
Participants were given training on poultry farming, Diary Development, Piggery etc.
More than 562 farmers attended the programme.
