Roing, Jun 16: A day-long training cum awareness programme on Atma Nibhar Bagwani Yojana was held at  Roing today. Deputy Commissioner Lower Dibang Valley, Saumya Saurabh empathised with the farmers and encouraged them to follow up the system and procedures of banks and directed the department to coordinate till the final step of approval and sanction of schemes. 
ZPM Komji Linggi urged the farmers to continue cultivation till success is achieved. One shouldn't be discourage at any stage or midway, he added. DHO Kuru Ama informed about the advantages of ANBY. 
Resources persons from State Bank of India and HDOs attended the programme.
