PASIGHAT, Mar 22: The Expenditure Observer for East Siang,Nitin Kumar Jaiman, today held second round of meeting with Nodal Officers of Media Certification & Monitoring Committee ( MCMC) , Call Centre, C Vigil and Complaint redressal teams at DC Office here in the presence of DEO, Tayi Taggu and SP Dr. Sachin Kumar Singhal. The EO instructed all Nodal Officers and members to comply their assigned duties with due diligence and dedication, so that ensuing elections in the district is conducted in a free, fair and transparent manner.
The EO asked the MCMC team to publish his contact number in media and newspapers to enable to contact him directly between 9 A.M. and 10 A.M after 26th March onwards. He also gave specific instructions to Expenditure Monitoring Committee team to file report timely. EO also suggested measures to further strengthen the FST and SST team and also asked the DEO and SP for proper technical and manpower support in certain aspects.
The EO further asked the MCMC team for strict monitoring of print, electronic and social media.
