PASIGHAT, Mar 21: In connection with the upcoming elections 2024, election expenditure observer Nitin Kumar Jaiman, who arrived at Pasighat on Wednesday held consultative meeting with various teams and committees under the Election Expenditure Monitoring (EEM) Cell on Thursday evening. 
Jaiman briefed on the role and responsibility of various teams and committees and asserted that the main focus of EEM Cell was to provide transparency and accountability of candidates’ expenditure during elections for clean and fair election. The EO while apprising the monitoring committees about their duties urged them to be thorough with their assigned duties and directed to coordinate with various teams while performing their duties. The briefing concluded with interaction and clarification of doubts from the observer.
