PASIGHAT, Jul 21: The East Siang District Administration led by Deputy Commissioner Tayi Taggu, today accorded a warm farewell to UPSC achiever Pebika Lego, who is a APCS 2016 batch officer, as she embarks on a new journey in the All India Services.
DC Taggu, congratulated Lego and said that her achievement in the Union Public Services (UPSC) is a matter of great pride and honour for the people of the district and the state. Wishing her success in all her future endeavours, he termed Lego as an inspiring figure for the youth and people of the state. She has distinguished herself as a State Civil Servant with her professionalism, deep sense of duty for public welfare and good rapport with officers, staff and grassroot people. Her dedication and hardwork and work ethics,time management has always been appreciated, the DC added.
Taggu advised her to maintain and be guided by the spirit of “humane approach” in public services so that the ultimate goals of public welfare and serving the people of the country is truly achieved in letter and spirit while discharging one’s duty.
Lego, in her address thanked the officers and staff for team work in delivery of services to the people, adding that she will always remember her associations with officers and staff of the District Administration and all departments fondly.
