PASIGHAT, Dec 28: East Siang district will remain closed Monday, as a mark of respect and mourning on the sad demise of former Pasighat West MLA, Yadap Apang. All government offices, educational institutions and businesses es in the entire East Siang district will remain closed as a mark of respect to the departed leader. During the period, the National Flag will be flown at  half-mast through out the district.  DIPRO
