BHEKULIANG, Nov 17: The 6th edition of sarkar aapke dwar  in Lohit district was held on Friday at Bhekuliang village under Tezu headquarters. Villages from Bhekuliang, Vedagam and adjoining villages thronged the Secondary School in hundreds despite rainy weather to avail the benefits. 
Bhekuliang is located 35 Km from the Tezu Township and mostly remains cut off during monsoon. 
Agriculture Minister Dr Mohesh Chai who is also the local MLA of Tezu – Sunpura constituency gracing the occasion as the chief guest said that the programme was an initiative towards bringing government schemes and services to the doorsteps of masses. He also clarified CM Aayogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY) and Ayushman Bharat Yojana a Health Insurance Scheme of Rs 5 lakhs to the poorest of the poor launched by both state and Central governments are same and a beneficiary can avail only single health insurance scheme and cannot avail both.

While announcing a spell of development packages, the Minister promised the completion of ongoing RCC bridge over the River Hazu by end of April next which has been the long felt demand of the villagers. He also assured carpeting of Bhekuliang link road, construction of multipurpose hall, veterinary dispensary and early completion of health barrage.    
He along with DC and SP also planted trees and visited every stall set up by various departments.
