BOLENG, Nov 23: A meeting of the District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) was held under the chairpersonship of DC Siang, Atul Tayeng today to review the progress of centrally-sponsored and state government-funded schemes being implemented in the district. 
In addition to this, progress across all indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) were reviewed and discussed in the meeting.
In attendance were Pangin-Boleng MLA Ojing Tasing, Rumgong MLA Talem Taboh, Chairperson, Zilla Parishad Osi Pabin Mibang among others.
 In his welcome address, the DC emphasised on a district development vision that focuses on coordination among executing agencies, active participation of stakeholders,and prioritisation of projects that raise the standard of life vis-à-vis the SDG agenda.
DPO Tapik Komut initiated proceedings with a presentation on the district’s performance across SDG indicators. Following this, presentations were made by various departments with emphasis on status of work, physical and financial achievement, targets, and SDG indicators concerning their department.
