TEZU, Jun 13:Under the “Mission Suraksha” initiative of DC Danish Ashraf to revive health and educational infrastructure of Lohit district, CSR funds have been successfully tapped from different Public Sector Undertakings to provide better facilities and infrastructure at hospitals and schools.
Under this initiative Oil & Natural Gas Corporation ltd has already provided many crucial surgical equipment worth rupees 17 lakh for district hospital Tezu.
ONGC on June 12 released ₹875,000/- to the district administration under CSR grants in connection with the pending bills of surgical equipments installed in the zonal general hospital and installation of the solar street lights at crucial establishments.
Earlier PGCIL had also provided a digital x-ray worth rupees 14 lakh for district hospital Tezu.
