Itanagar, Jun 18: The District Administrations have started arranging felicitation programmes for toppers of the board examinations, which besides serving as recognitions for their hard works are also designed as motivation boosters for other students to work harder.
Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex Vikram Singh Malik today felicitated the toppers of Class X and XII from Government schools of Capital Complex in a felicitation programme that was organised by the Deputy Director of School Education Capital Complex in collaboration with the District Administration.
Class X topper Bipasha Bose from GHSS Naharlagun has also topped the state with  96.50%. Oyang Kamin from GHSS Arunodaya has topped in Class XII( Humanities) with 84.00%, Tadar Sangte from GHSS Naharlagun has topped with 86.00% in Class XII ( Science) and Arjun Yadav from GHSS Itanagar has topped  with 80.60% in Class XII( Commerce).
DC while congratulating the students stressed on continuing with the same perseverance, determination and hard work for achieving greater milestones in life. ADC Capital Complex Talom Dupak also urged the students to work hard. Earlier, DDSE Mallo Yam Gollo while congratulating the students hoped that education scenario in Capital Complex will see newer heights under guidance of the new DC. Cash awards and certificates were handed over to the students. 
In Khonsa, a felicitation programme titled ‘Acharya Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana Talent Hunt for the year 2018-19’ was organised today under the aegis of the Education Department, Tirap district led by DDSE Pubi Lombi at Khonsa Badminton Club.
ASP Tirap Harsh Indora, IPS and CO from District Administration Lim Modi were present on the occasion. While congratulating the meritorious students coming from various Government Schools, DDSE highlighted about the Acharya Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana and other important schemes of the Education Department initiated by state government.

Lombi appreciated all the Principals/Headmasters, teachers and meritorious students of Tirap for their academic improvement and added that this talent hunt is an important centrally sponsored scheme with the objective to identify the intellectual students studying in government schools and promote science subject in the state and encourage meritorious students for excelling in their fields.

Addressing the mammoth gathering, ASP Tirap congratulated the meritorious students and appealed the students community of Tirap, Changlang and Longding not to get influenced by wrong reasons and unlawful activities and shun  addictions to Kaani Opium and Brown Sugar.
Altogether 93 girls students who passed Class-XII exam from Government Schools were felicitated with one smartphone each on the occasion.
The laptop winners (Class IX Topper, 2018-19 selected for Dronacharya Award) from GHSS, Borduria are- Miatcha Mongchan and Damcha Medam. From GHSS Khonsa Tsering Doma Tamang and Aishwaria Suman were winners. GSS, Soha winners are Rencha Boi, Khomwang Songthing and Winem Songthing. Jento Moinyak and Doliam Wangno were winners from GSS, Lazu.
Class X Toppers, 2017-18 opting for science stream in GHSS Khonsa selected for Dronacharya Award 2018-19 and receiving laptops are Ngoyum Ranto, Rinwang Akhang, Apeh Wangsu and Adrish Phukan.
The felicitation programme was attended by HoDs, public leaders from various parts of the district including Ngampay Lamaty, Azet Homtok, Hangliam Sumnyan, Jamwang Lowang.
Department of Education, Changlang felicitated top ten students of Government Schools in CBSE-2018-19  in the district with cash and gifts in a function held today at Government Higher Secondary School, Changlang.
Pragya Yadav of Govt Hr Secondary School, Gidding topped in the district with 453 marks (90.60 per cent) followed by Rakhi Chetry of Govt Hr Sec School, Changlang with 430 marks (86 percent). Other students felicitated were Sujit Kumar Singh with 420 marks(84 percent), Mencho Sena, 417 marks(83.40), Nishita Mossang, 412 marks(82.40 percent) all from Govt Hr Sec School, Jairampur, Rosa Nwazah, 412 marks(82.40 percent), Goter Riba, 410 marks(82 percent) of Govt Hr Sec School, Bordumsa, Rochun Ronrang, 400 marks(80 percent) from KGBV, Magantong, Rosmiko Tikhak, 397 marks (79.40 percent) from Govt Hr Sec School, Miao and Rishikesh Raj with 397 marks(79.40 percent) from Govt Hr Sec School, Innao. In total 1739 students appeared from the district in CBSE exam-2018-19.
Apart from this, the Department also awarded laptops to the top ten students among the students of  Class-IX in the district identified through talent hunt examination conducted under Chief Minister's Acharya Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana during 2018. These student will also be given a scholarship of Rs. 2000 per month for two years. Laptops were also awarded to the top ten students of Class-XI (Science) in the district under the scheme.
Attending as Chief Guest N K Namchoom advised the students to work hard with dedication to achieve the their chosen goals.
In Tawang, three district toppers from Class X, Class XII(Humanities) and Class XII(Science) were felicitated in a function organized by the Department of Education of the district at Government Town Secondary School.
Deputy Commissioner, while appreciating the sincerity and hard work of the teachers and students, congratulated the education department and teachers for making Tawang the best performing district of the state in CBSE examinations.
He also conveyed his gratefulness to the public leaders, MLAs and Chief Minister Pema Khandu in particular for showing special concern for upliftment of education. The felicitation programme was followed by Annual Action Plan meeting at the DC Conference Hall where HODs presented their annual plans and innovative ideas for the development schemes to be taken up under SADA. BOMDILA: 
The toppers of the CBSE exam in the district were felicitated today at district headquarters Bomdila by the education department.
Deputy Commissioner Sonal Swaroop gave away cash award and merit certificates to the toppers of X & XII and the toppers of the Arunachal Pradesh state Board exam too.
She also honored the top ten students of class VI under the Acharya Dronacharya Gurukul Yojana Talent Hunt exam 2018 with merit certificates and cash award while the top ten students of class IX were felicitated with Laptops, merit certificates and cash award.
The top ten science students of class XI for the academic session were also felicitated with laptops, merit certificates and cash award.
Another feature which marked the felicitation programme was the distribution of Smart phones to the passed out girl students of class XII for the academic session 2017-18.
Besides the achievers, concerned teacher in-charges, parents and officers of the DDSE office Bomdila attended the felicitation programme. DIPRO
