YUPIA, Jun 9:District Executive Committee meeting of Disaster Management Papum Pare District was conducted at Yupia today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye alongwith approved board members in connection with finalization of relief assistance.
Outlining the importance of the meeting DC called upon the members to properly examine the cases put forward for consideration so that relief assistance can be distributed in judicious manner.
The important points discussed were pertaining to disposal of FDR cases received or returned back from Disaster Management, Itanagar. It was decided in the meeting that all FDR cases belonged to different sub-divisions will be returned back to concern ADCs immediately. Further, the house also disposed of the relief cases related to crop damages and fire accidents.
Among others present were SP Papum Pare Tumme Amo, T.Babu, PD DRDA, DMO Dr (Mrs) Tasso Kampu, Tesi Yami, DHO, ADO Nabam Katung, DDMO Y.Jerang and staff of disaster management.
