ITANAGAR, Sep 18:  The officers and staff members of the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, Naharlagun has condoled the death of District Information and Public Relations Officer, Yingkiong, Eleng Nokar who passed away on September 16 last. A two minutes silence was observed today for the departed soul.    

Born on June 26, 1973, Late Eleng Nokar joined service as DIPRO in in 1997 and was a native of Gosang village in Upper Siang district. He is survived by wife Omen Mingo Nokar and two daughters.
