PASIGHAT, May 8:  Rayang village Head Gaon Burah under Ruksin Sub-Division inaugurated village Community Hall ‘Dere’ constructed under MP LAD, in the presence of Lok Sabha MP Ninong Ering, MLA Pasighat West cum Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture & Fisheries beside hosts of government officers and PRI leaders today.

HGB Tabang Saroh thanked Lok Sabha MP Ninong Ering for granting funds for the much needed community hall where the village’s all sort of meetings and welfare decisions are held and passed. MP Ninong Ering, who is well liked by villagers all across often surprises many by making Gaon Burah and village head as Chief Guest and get the structures inaugurated by them thereby giving a privilege of power to those which are mostly enjoyed and entitled to only MLAs, Ministers etc. Ering and Jamoh also spoke during the inauguration ceremony. Dy. Commandant Rayang Army Brigade, ZPM Ruksin, EE PWD/WRD and ASM Chairperson also attended the inaugural ceremony.

Elsewhere,  MLA, Er. Tatung Jamoh inspected the ongoing construction of security and compound wall of FRU, Ruksin today accompanied by EE, WRD, Er. T. Jamoh, AE Sub-Division, Er. Oyin Tamuk. Jamoh said that he is satisfied with the quality but appealed the concern contractor to complete the work by this month.

However, sources from department of WRD and contractor said that, only 30% of fund has been released till date by the state government despite most of the projects and other works of infrastructure development in 37th Pasighat West under SIDF on verge of completion. The ongoing work of compound wall is 90% complete and shall be completed by the month end. MLA Jamoh has felt the urgent need to release the remaining percentage of funds by the government to ease the problem of contractors who have already finished their work.
