ITANAGAR, Jun 11:The Toko Welfare Association (TWA)  has condoled the demise of renowned priest and senior Gaon Burah (GB) of  Lower Subansiri District, Toko Serbi , 85, who  passed away at Tomo Riba State Hospital on Sunday last.
