NAMSAI, Dec 20: Defending Champion Capital Complex defeated Changlang 2-0 in their first match in the final round  of XVII Tadar Tang State Level Football Tournament being played at Namsai. 
Dari Lugu of CC opened the scoring in the 12th minute of first half. 
Nabam Peri doubled the lead in the 74th minute to take the match away from Changlang.
In the second match played today, East Kameng defeated Dibang Valley 2-1. Desu Chiri of East Kameng scored twice in the 13th and 17th minute. Lone goal for Dining Valley came in the stoppage time of second half through Ohim Lombo.
