ITANAGAR, Jul 25: The Lower Siang Elite Forum deeply mourned the untimely demise of Tojo Gara, ex- Anchal Samiti Member, Dipa Village, Lower Siang District, who passed away on Tuesday.

Late Tojo held the ASM of Dipa Village for two consecutive terms from 2003 to 2013.

The forum also condoled the demise of Jummar Riram who passed away recently.
