PASIGHAT, May 27: The review meeting to learn the financial status and progress of Deen Dhayal Upadhyaya Swavalambam Yojana of East Siang district was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Tayi Taggu today.
The DC reviewed the financial implementation and status of DDUSY of the District from department DPO and Branch Managers of all banks. He requested all BMs to speed up the banking process so that benefactors receive their schemes benefits as early as possible.
Earlier, Miti Darin, Research Officer (State Planning) appreciated the district administration team led by DC Tayi Taggu and BMs of East Siang for implementing the DDUSY in a proper and progressive manner as the district got least protests as compared to other districts. In the meeting, she also interacted and discussed the obstacles faced during implementing of schemes.
Also present in the meeting were DPO, Tatak Mibang, Lead Bank Manager, P. Basumatory and all the branch managers of Banks of East Siang District.
