DC visits govt schools in Ziro to assess their functioning
Ziro, Jun 20: Lower Subansiri Deputy Commissioner, Oli Perme on Friday visited various government schools in Ziro Valley to get a comprehensive understanding of their functioning including their academic performances, administrative efficiencies, and overall environment.
Perme visited Dani Kunia GHSS at Hapoli, Govt. Gandhi Secondary School at Hapoli, GSS at Hong, GSS at Hari, NG GSS at Tajang and GUPS at Old Ziro.
As the new academic session is beginning, the Deputy Commissioner instructed DDSE, Principals/Headmasters to enhance the effectiveness of teaching practices for providing quality education and to ensure safe learning environment for overall development of students.
Among others, DDSE Kocho Jomoh, DPC Nangram Kayum, BEO T.H Grayu and Education Secretary of Apatani Students Union Koj Risang accompanied the Deputy Commissioner.
