KHONSA, Jun 14:A District Level Coordination meeting of the Education department was held here today in connection with the results of CBSE class X and XII. Though the district’s overall pass percentage stands at 4th place in the state, few schools performed below the average percentage.
Speaking on the occasion, Deputy Commissioner Ravi Jha, emphatically insisted on maintaining minimum 75 % attendance of students. He also stressed on developing leadership quality among Principals and Headmasters for good administration of the school. Emphasising on zero tolerance on irregularity of teachers, the DC also appreciated the school heads for showing better results in comparison to the previous year.
Earlier, DDSE Pubi Lombi highlighted the performance in the recently held CBSE exams.
