Itanagar, Jun 2: The officers and staffs of the office of Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar mourned the demise of constable Mudo Pugang who passed away on Wednesday.
Late Pugang, a constable in the 3rd IRBN was posted at the DC's office since the last seven years.
The officers and staff observed one minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul.
