ITANAGAR, Jun 6:The Deputy Commissioner, Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan, today conducted surprise visit to schools of Lekhi village and Tarajuli under the Capital Complex along with Nabam Philip, ASM and Techi Jobae, Executive Engineer (RWD). During the visit, the DC was shocked by the miserable condition of the schools and showed serious concern over the same. He further requested the ASM, Lekhi and Executive Engineer, RWD to make proposal for remapping of the schools infrastructure and connecting road infrastructure.
The DC said that he will conduct similar visits to all schools of Capital Complex to make a first-hand assessment of the state of education system. He will also prepare proposals for ‘Kayakalp’ of these schools, a release informed.
