Itanagar, Apr 28: The Deputy Commissioner Capital Itanagar Talo Potom felicitated participants of Arunachal Kids Fashion Show Painting Competition Season-3 with certificates today.
DD ICDS Aroti Tayeng handed over the certificates to the participants on behalf of the District Administration in the presence of the organisers and the parents in a small function held at DC office today.
The DC hoped that the gesture to acknowledge the hard work put in by the children will encourage them to do better in life. 
Later, the participants of Miss NEFA were also felicitated with certificates by the DC for their participation in generating awareness through one act play on drug abuse, polygamy and its side effects held as part of the Miss NEFA 3rd edition.
