TAWANG, Aug 2: Deputy Commissioner Tawang Sang Phuntsok today reviewed the current Covid-19 vaccination status of the district in a meeting here at the DC’s conference hall.
While informing that almost the entire district has been covered, the DC remarked that due to multiple reasons, updated data on Covid vaccination are not being reflected on the portal. He further instructed all the Medical Officer In-charges of the CHCs and PHCs of the district to submit the list of all those vaccinated in their respective jurisdictions to the Sub-divisional Administrative Heads and compile a combined report to get the exact figures especially of the healthcare workers so that doubling of beneficiary names can be rectified. The Sub-divisional Heads and Circle Officers were also instructed to sit with village heads to identify the left-outs, if any. DRCHO Dr. Rinchin Neema while informing about the possibility of a few dose 1 left-outs, assured to rectify the data discrepancies with August 10 and carry out special mop-up rounds if required.
