ITANAGAR, Sep 11: On the direction of the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan, the EAC Itanagar Jiken Bomjen along with the police today arrested five labourers who were engaged in carrying out the self demolition of a Type III Government Quarter at H Sector opposite of Arunoday School approach road on the pretext of Highway 4 lane extension. The DC has stressed that strict action would be taken against all such encroachers.  He further requested the citizens of Capital Complex to cooperate and comply with the law.
