ITANAGAR, Aug 2:The capital complex district administration has intensified checking of bars, restaurants and wine shops and in this connection two more bars were sealed on Tuesday.
A team led by EAC Naharlagun Hento Karga along with the officials from the Tax and Excise Department and the Police sealed Hangout Bar which was running without license and also sealed Cocktail Bar which was found selling IMFL beyond the permitted time.
The Deputy Commissioner Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan, reiterating the administration’s zero tolerance against such illegal joints informed that the DA has been carrying out such drives over the last few months.
Seeking public cooperation for the exercise to be successfully implemented, the DC also stressed that such regulation if followed by every individual would contribute in maintaining law and order in the capital complex.
