ZIRO, Dec 19: The 3rd District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI) meeting was held in the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner , Lower Subansiri today. The performance of the 2nd round of Mission Pratirakhsha was reviewed during the meeting. The performance of the district after the 2nd round was 78.79%. 
Addressing the gathering, DC Chukhu Takar called for unified efforts from all the stakeholders for the success of the mission. He requested the DMO/ DRCHO to ensure accurate data collection by the ground level workers. Taking a serious note of officers being absent from their place of posting, he warned that erring officials will be viewed seriously and actions initiated. 
He also directed the medical officers of the respective areas to pursue and convince reluctant targets to get vaccinated. DRCHO I/C, Dr.Radhe Anku presented the micro plan for the round three of Mission Pratirakhsha, which would be launched on December 22 next. 37 children between 0-2 years and 4 pregnant women scattered across the district will be targeted for immunization in 19 sessions, she informed.
