Itanagar, May 17: The District Administration Itanagar Capital Complex carried out the burial of a young woman who died of Covid-19 complications today.
EAC Datum Gadi along with Lo to DC, ICC Sanjiv Chakraborty and their team members carried out the burial at cremation cum burial ground, Chimpu.
Gadi informed that required formalities were carried out before final rites was carried out by the District Administration. He also informed that the location and burial  was carried out as per the wishes of the family members.
Informing that the DA has performed the last rites of four Covid-19 patients within a short span of three weeks, the EAC requested the public to take Covid-19 seriously and to stay at home and follow SOPs to control its spread.
