Yachuli, Jan 21: The District Administration, Keyi Panyor, successfully conducted Day 1 of the Keyi Panyor Suvidha Outreach Campaign at Yachuli today. The programme was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner, Keyi Panyor District and attended by around 100 participants, including ASHA Workers, Anganwadi Workers, and representatives of Market Associations. Suvidha Information Pamphlets were distributed to all participants.
The outreach aimed to promote awareness and adoption of Keyi Panyor Suvidha, a WhatsApp-based citizen service platform designed to simplify access to government services and strengthen last-mile service delivery.
During the programme, it was highlighted that full digital and online services have now been activated under Keyi Panyor Suvidha, marking a significant shift to free and contact-less service delivery. Applicants are no longer required to visit offices for signature purposes, as digitally signed certificates are generated and made available for direct download after document verification, including for emergency requirements. It was also clarified that no fees are charged for any online applications or forms, ensuring inclusive access for all citizens.
A detailed presentation along with a live demonstration was conducted to familiarize participants with the step-by-step usage of the Suvidha WhatsApp service. An interactive session followed, during which queries related to verification procedures, certification, and service delivery were addressed by the Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Circle Officer, Keyi Panyor. Requests for village-level, GB-level, and SHG-level outreach programmes were also noted, and it was informed that such initiatives will be taken up in subsequent phases of the campaign.
The programme concluded with participants gaining a clear understanding of the upgraded Suvidha platform and being encouraged to act as awareness facilitators in their respective areas.
The District Administration reaffirmed its commitment to delivering transparent, free, fully digital, and contact-less citizen services through Keyi Panyor Suvidha.
