PASIGHAT, Aug 12: In the run up to the 77th Independence Day, Spearhead Gunners Brigade organised a cycle rally at Pasighat on  Saturday with an aim to raise awareness about health, adventure and promote environment preservation. Seventy seven school children of local schools  participated with overwhelming enthusiasm.
The rally was flagged off by Brigadier Manish Kumar, VSM, Commander, Spearhead Gunners Brigade in presence of Deputy Commissioner Tayi Taggu. Despite torrential rain, the cyclist traversed through the Pasighat town and crossed mighty Siang River over Raneghat Bridge expressing their resolve to stay healthy and contribute towards green ecology.
