ITANAGAR, May 30: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal (CoSAAP) today mourned the passing of former chief secretary of the state, Takap Ringu who passed away on May 25 last.
While expressing profound grief, the confederation extended its condolences to the grieving family members of Late Ringu, who was a first generation learner and torch bearer of Arunachal Society. Despite all odds,  he rose to the coveted post of chief secretary and served the people wherever he was posted with utmost sincerity and dedication, the CoSAAP said in a release.
