ITANAGAR, Oct 11:The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) deeply mourned the untimely demise of  John Pertin, principal, DDSE office Pasighat on October 9 last.

The association also mourned the demise of former minister Tadik Chije who passed away on Wednesday.
