ITANAGAR, Oct 22: Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP), the apex employees’ organization of the state has mourned the untimely demise of Yumlam Aam, Assistant Engineer (AE) in the department of Urban Development who breathed his last here at his residence on October 14 last after prolonged illness.

Extending condolence to the bereaved family members, the association has also appealed to the state government, particularly the Department of Urban Development to render immediate relief including a compassionate appointment in government job to a family member of the deceased AE.

Born on June 10, 1984 at Yumlam village in Kurung Kumey district, Late Yumlam joined the department of Urban Development in December, 2010 as a Junior Engineer (JE) and was subsequently promoted to the post of AE in December, 2017 which he served with sincerity and dedication.
