ITANAGAR, Jun 11: The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has mourned the untimely demise of Tami Nikja, Assistant Engineer (PWD) Tali Division, Kra Daadi district who passed away on June 8 last. Late Nikja is survived by his wife and a son.
