Khonsa, Feb 5: Secretary Cooperation Krishna Kumar Singh, is on a tour to Tirap district to review the progress of comprehensive and other development schemes of the district. During the first day of his tour at Khonsa as Mentor Secretary as well, he had an interactive meeting at the DC’s office with all the head of departments in which all key issues of each working department such as electrical line drawn from Assam and passing through forest reserves were highlighted to the mentor secretary who assured to take up the matter.
Status report of all schemes were briefed by the HoDs of line department and grievances in the working department were put forward to the mentor secretary.
DC Tirap Hento Karga placed grievances related to adequate administrative officers, Security, Drivers and Pol for the four elected legislators in Tirap and the lack of special fund for the above purpose.
