ITANAGAR, Aug 1: In a representation addressed to the Chief Minister, the Sagalee Students Union on wednesday reiterated its demand for early construction of proposed Government Engineering College at Toru. Informing that tender for the said college was finalized five years back; it alleged that the concerned authority is yet to start the construction of infrastructure of the college.
