ITANAGAR, Oct 22: A training programme on Village Water Security Plan (VWSP) under the capacity building programme of the NAFCC project of Papum Poma river conservation and rejuvenation of its springs was conducted by the State Climate Change Cell, DoEF at Moin and Rillo villages on Thursday.

 

Scientist-E & Head, GBPHISED MS Lodhi, Associate Professor in Hydrology Department, IIT Guwahati Dr.Suresh A Kartha and Director Soil & Water Conservation Jorram Puppa were among the Resource Persons who imparted training to the villagers. The team also inspected the recharging interventions carried out by the PIA Director in the two villages.
