Bomdila, Feb 21: West Kameng Deputy Commissioner, Akriti Sagar, inaugurated a dedicated Children’s Park cum Open Gym in Bomdila near the School Auditorium.
Designed to promote both recreation and fitness, the park features a range of child-friendly play structures along with modern open gym equipment. In today’s digital age, where children are increasingly engaged in mobile gaming with limited physical activity, this initiative provides a much-needed space for outdoor play and exercise. By utilizing this facility, children can develop physical strength, enhance overall well-being, and adopt healthier lifestyle habits. 
The park has been constructed through the MLA Local Area Development Fund in collaboration with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of the State Bank of India (SBI), Bomdila.
